Do you have a catalog?
In order to keep our prices low, we do not have a print catalog.

Do I pay state sales tax?
All orders that are shipped to anywhere in the State of New York, are subject to the applicable sales tax rate. Other states are not subject to a sales tax.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Is it safe to use my credit card to order online?
SMASHWedding.com is a secure Yahoo ecommerce site which uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that encrypts personal information being transferred during the ordering process. You will notice on the check-out page a Yahoo encryption badge to show that your information is securely encrypted. Some web browsers will also show a padlock.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, SMASHWedding.com only ships within the United States.

What companies do you use for shipping?
Most of our wedding favors and gifts will be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex. Some items going to an APO or FPO address, or to AK or HI will be shipped by USPS. Packages weighing less than 16 ounces may also be shipped by USPS.

Will my purchases arrive all together?
To keep our prices low, your merchandise will be shipped directly from the vendors and manufacturers. Consequently, your order may arrive in separate packages.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days of order placement. Personalized items will take longer, usually 2 to 3 weeks.

How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges inside the contiguous United States are shown in the table below. ***We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Can I pay extra to get my order faster?
At this time, we do not offer an express shipping option. Please place your order early.

What if I have to cancel my order?
In the event you have to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it.

What if I want to return my order after receiving it?
Because we want you to be completely happy with your Smashwedding.com order, wedding favors and most other merchandise may be returned for any reason within 30 days. We accept those authorized returns as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, garters, clothing, CD’s, edible gifts or favors, and personalized items may not be returned and those sales are final. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement at no charge. If you need to return an item or received a damaged item, please send an email to returns@smashwedding.com for authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

What if the item I want is on backorder?
We will make every effort to label on-site any back-ordered items. If you are notified of a back-ordered item after your order is made, you may choose to have it shipped when it is available or you may cancel the order. If you see on our site that an item you want is on back order, please check the stock date to see approximate arrival date before finalizing your order.

Is there a minimum quantity of favors I must order?
Most of our wedding favors require no minimum order. This allows you to order just one item and decide if it is the perfect gift for your guests before you order 150 of them!

What is your Privacy Policy?
Your personal information is protected. We do not sell or rent our customers' names, addresses, or e-mail addresses to anyone.  Please see more about the Yahoo! Privacy Policy by clicking the Privacy tab on the top of our home page.
